Not sure whether your opening takes a Medium or a Large Pleasant Hearth door, or which grate width suits your firebox? Write to us, and a person replies.
hearthside@pleasant-hearth.net. Name the product you are looking at. For a glass door, add the four readings of your opening: the width at the top and at the bottom, and the height on the left and on the right. If it is a grate, add the width of the firebox floor at the front and at the back. The answer comes back sooner that way.
Orders, delivery and returns
Orders are placed with our retail partner, and payment, delivery and returns are settled there at checkout. For an order you have already placed, the partner's order page is the quickest route.
Chimneys, gas and alarms
We can help you choose and size a product. Installing a gas appliance or judging the state of a chimney is work for a certified professional. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, go outside to fresh air at once and call 911 or the fire department.
