01 Bi-fold fireplace doors
Doors that fold back beside the opening
A bifold door is hinged within each side, so each half folds back on itself and the open doors stand close to the frame. The hearth in front stays clear, and the view of the fire stays wide: the Ascot doors open a full 180 degrees.
Each bifold collection has its own frame. Gavin builds a three-sided bay, and Linear Aluminum uses an aluminum frame sized by the inch (36 or 40 inches wide). Clairmont comes in heritage brass or skyline nickel with a 2-inch riser bar in the box. Arrington's Large is black and gold, Ellis is gunmetal and Aerin burnished bronze. Ascot and Arrington use clear glass, the rest smoked.
