Using pleasant-hearth.net means you accept these terms. The site presents the catalog of Pleasant Hearth, a brand on the market since 2006, and sends you to our retail partner to buy, so the terms are short.

Prices, sizes and finishes

Prices, sizes, finishes and opening ranges come from our most recent catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Any size or finish that can no longer be bought drops out of the catalog at the following update.

Orders, payment and delivery

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. You pay, choose delivery and ask for any return at checkout with our retail partner, and the partner's terms govern the sale.

Sizing, installation and fuel

The sizing guide, the product pages and the journal are general product information. Measure your own fireplace before you order a door, screen or grate. Install every product by the manual that ships with it and by your local building and fire codes, and have a certified professional install and service anything that burns gas or wood.

Vent-free gas products are not allowed in every home. California law bars the sale of unvented heaters for use inside a dwelling, apart from the exceptions the statute names, and some other jurisdictions make installing an unvented gas stove illegal. Check your state and local code before you buy one.
