Description

Killian's bowl drops 12.99 inches inside a 28-inch round, in rubbed bronze with an industrial look. Our Circulair design raises the wood so air moves under it, and drain holes on the bottom let rainwater out. The poker in the box is how you raise the mesh spark guard.

Pick a level spot of patio blocks, brick or concrete at least 10 feet from siding, decks and overhanging branches. For the fire itself, NFPA asks for dry, seasoned hardwood, no gasoline or other flammable liquids, and no burning on dry, windy days.

National Fire Protection Association: Wildfire Prevention Tips for Fire Pits and Outdoor Fires. Use a fire pit outdoors only, at least 10 feet from anything that can burn, on a level surface that will not catch fire such as patio blocks, brick or concrete, and away from siding, decks, eaves and overhanging branches. Keep children and pets at least three feet away, use a fire pit screen, burn only clean, dry, seasoned hardwood in a wood-burning pit, and never use gasoline or other flammable liquids on the fire. Check local rules and permits first, avoid burning on windy, dry days, and put cooled ashes in a metal container with a tight-fitting lid. Read September 26, 2026.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Burn Wise: Backyard Recreational Fires. For fire pits and outdoor fireplaces, EPA advises burning only dry, seasoned wood, best at about 20 percent moisture on a meter, never burning green wood, construction waste, plastic, garbage or yard waste, and not burning on air quality alert days.
