Pleasant Hearth 28-inch round steel fire ring

Description

A plain black steel ring, 28 inches across the inside and 33.5 at the outer edge, stands 10 inches tall. It holds a big load of firewood. Build a brick surround around it for a permanent pit in your yard, or set it down on its own, since the bricks are not included.

NFPA advises a level base that will not burn, such as brick, concrete or patio blocks, at least 10 feet from anything that can. Keep it clear of siding, decks and overhanging branches too. The ring comes without a spark screen, which NFPA also recommends, so plan on one and skip fires on dry, windy days.
